The aircraft most people call the Blackbird had an older sibling. It had one seat, belonged to the CIA, and spent most of its career being described as something else.

Objective:: Photograph denied territory from 90,000 feet at three times the speed of sound.
Operator:: Central Intelligence Agency.
Status:: Retired in favor of its own derivative.
